ARC of Decatur County Regular meeting, May 11, 2009, DSI Greensburg

Call to Order
President Lynda Smith brought the meeting to order
April meeting minutes and treasurer report were presented with a motion by Paul
Pank to accept and Karen Lewis seconded

Coordinator Report
No report at this time

County Report
Terri Cutter reported On Oasis, INARC has asked for feedback from agencies that
were aggexted by the Oasis roll out.
Nannette with INARC will be at DSI on 18 May at 12:30, to present $1000 for the
start up of the Self-advocay group
The Self-advocacy group will meet on the 3rd Monday of each month at DSI.
A WII was purchased for       and has been enjoyed by the group.
The concert went very well

Old Business
The TV was purchased and works well, it met all criteria, the screen is large
enough for the karaoke activities and the sound is good.

content and we can provide links for Self-advocacy group.
No news onInsurance liability policy

New Business
June 13 Saturday 5pm until 9pm Hayride and cookout at Optimist slab at
Fairgrounds (main area near road). Marshmallows, hotdogs, cookies, chips and
Iced Tea will be served.
Future social events; Day Camp in September, Banquet in November.
No Meeting in July
